The city will also have a massive artificial intelligence (AI) network that will be integrated into every aspect of life in the city.

The project will be developed in phases, and the first phase is expected to be completed by 2025. The first phase includes the development of key sectors such as energy, biotech, food, and advanced manufacturing. The city aims to create 380,000 jobs and contribute $100 billion to the country's gross domestic product (GDP) by 2030.

NEOM is designed to be a hub for technology and innovation. The city will have dedicated areas for research and development, technology, and innovation, where leading researchers and scientists can collaborate to create new ideas and technologies. The city also aims to be a hub for entertainment and tourism, with plans to develop resorts, beaches, and cultural centers.

One of the unique features of NEOM is its focus on sustainability. The city aims to be a zero-carbon city, powered entirely by renewable energy. The city will also have a strong focus on waste management, with the aim of recycling and reusing 100% of waste produced in the city.

NEOM is expected to be a game-changer for the Saudi Arabian economy. It aims to attract foreign investment and create new job opportunities for Saudis. The city aims to be a magnet for young entrepreneurs and innovators, offering them an environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
In conclusion, NEOM is a visionary project that aims to create a city of the future, where technology, sustainability, and innovation are at the forefront. The project is a key component of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which aims to diversify the country's economy and reduce its dependence on oil revenue. The project is ambitious, and its success will depend on the ability of the Saudi government to attract foreign investment, create a supportive regulatory environment, and build the necessary infrastructure to support the city's growth.
